We accept cash, traveler's checks, credit cards or personal
checks payable to Top O' the Ozarks. Top O' the Ozarks provides a
unique location for your special event. The scenery makes a
lovely backdrop for photos. A mountain-top panoramic view setting
- so you can just relax and enjoy it. Contact Dianna at
870-445-4302 (Dianna can also perform the ceremony). She is a
"marriage officiate" for a fee of $40.00.

Marriage requirements: You may obtain your license anywhere in Arkansas. You must apply in person. You need identification: driver's license, social security card and birth certificate (if other IDs are not available). The fee is $57.00 for a license and your license will expire 60 days after it's issued. After the wedding, be sure to return your license to the court house where you applied for your license. The official conducting the ceremony must have the credentials required in the State of Arkansas.
